Today we continued our journey through the Allegheny Mountains, passing by the Green Bank National Radio Observatory, and then descending into Roanoke, VA.

Special music for Christmas as Mt. Freedom Baptist Church – December 20th, 2020
Today we traveled from the Cleveland area down through the Ohio farmlands, along the dismal ruins of the post-industrial upper Ohio River valley and up into the Alleghany Mountains of West Virginia
Continuing our road trip blog entries after fixing my laptop which broke while we were traveling. Day 18 – Detroit metro area to Cleveland to visit a friend and go to church.
On our way home from the great multi-colored north, we spent a few days visiting with our family in the Detroit metro area.
Last day of travel through Michigan to reach our family’s home in Temperance, MI
Last day in the Upper Peninsula today. After visiting Tahquamenon Falls State Park, we continued to Whitefish Point, and then directly south across the Straits of Mackinac to our campsite on the shore of Lake Huron.
No travel today. We remained in the Munising, MI area, and took a boat tour of the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore.
Leisurely day making our way to the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore we will tour tomorrow.
