Winter on Lake BeckyWe have called our little South Carolina homestead יהוה יראה. (Jaweh Jireh) Farm. יהוה יראה. (Jaweh Jireh) means “The LORD will provide.” This name of God is taken from Genesis 22:14. After God had commanded Abraham to sacrifice his son Isaac on Mount Moriah, at the last moment the angel of God commanded Abraham not to harm the boy, but God Himself provided a ram to sacrifice in Isaac’s place.
